Marriage Tune-Up Fee & Structure:

Checks payable to “Christian Counseling Associates Raleigh”

$250 deposit (non-refundable) due upon confirmation of reservation 4 weeks prior to Tune-up.
$12500 due TWO WEEKS prior to Tune-up

(Airfare, travel, hotel and costs of meals & incidentals not included)

Typical Marriage Tune-up Schedule: (times may be adjusted)

Monday:  9:30 am – 5:30 pm (with breaks)

Cancellation Policy:  All fees excluding the $250 deposit will be refunded if cancellations are received and acknowledged by email at least 15 days before the intensive. For cancellations less than 15 days before the intensive all monies received may be applied to a future rescheduled date. The reason for this is that we have to clear our calendar of all other counseling appointments far in advance to schedule marriage intensives and group conferences.

Insurance Coverage:  All clients are encouraged to contact their insurance provider to clarify benefits. We do not file for insurance but we will provide a medical receipt that can be submitted for potential reimbursements. It may also be used as a medical deduction on income tax returns.

Confidentiality: All activity and conversations occurring during Connected Marriage© Intensive are kept strictly confidential.

Location of Connected Marriage Intensives:  All Connected Marriage© Intensives are confidential and conducted at our comfortable and relaxing main offices at 7008 Harps Mill Rd. Suite 103, Raleigh, NC, 27615 or at another local conference/seminar facility. If we are conducting a session off-site we will provide directions as well as detailed information about nearby lodging and dining options.

Meals:  Breaks and lunch hours are “on-your-own.” We gladly make recommendations to many nearby excellent restaurants.

Lodging:  All couples from outside the immediate Raleigh – Durham “Triangle” area are responsible for securing their own accommodations. Local residents might also wish to consider out-of-the-home lodgings during their event in order to focus full attention on the program and eliminate household distractions. There are many outstanding hotels within a few miles of our location. We recommend the following for close proximity. Cost will mostly be in descending order.
